Friendly Answers To Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t have just “one thing” I want to work on?
No problemo. Just build your challenge around 30 different comfort zone challenges. It's more important to complete any challenge that stretches your comfort zone than focus on WHAT the actual challenge is.

I give step-by-step instructions on how to build your challenge inside the course (including if you don’t have one singular goal). The best part is, when you do decide on one later you will have access to all the materials to build another 30 day challenge. And you can continue to build them out for future goals, projects or ideas.

How long will the course take?
30 mins a day for 4 weeks. Plus, however long it takes you to complete your comfort zone challenge for the day. Then you are done. If you can’t find 30 minutes a day, I recommend blocking off a 2 hour chunk once a week at the same time to cover all the content at once.


What if I'm international or outside the US?
The course is not effected by time zones. Many of the students are all across the globe. After checkout, you'll get access to all the files and can work through it at whatever time a day works best for you. The checkout is in US dollars though.

What if I will be traveling? Will I miss any important course updates or fall behind?
